We pride ourselves on putting on events that are accessible to all, so that everyone is welcome.
We also recognise that there are times where additional help is required and believe this should not come at any extra cost, especially in cases where being a carer is their only means of support.
To that end we provide assistance to those who need it most financially by providing free entry to carers for people who claim or are in possession of:
- PIP (personal independent payment)
- DLA (disability living allowance)
- EHCP (education, health & care program)
- Blue Badge
This is available to any full paying visitor, and can be applied for by simply sending an email to the following email – zoe@bolt-events.com
The email must contain the following information for review – any incomplete emails may incur a delay in response time and/or no confirmation of the additional ticket being approved.
- Name of Attendee, nominated carer and order number (an entry ticket must be purchased prior to making a request for assistance)
- Detail of which document proof you will bring on the day to qualify for entry

As the above, applications must be made in advance and can not be granted on the day, at the front door.
Please also note that in addition to the above we do offer the option of an earlier open time for those who may need a quieter, less busy time so they can still enjoy the event – please email zoe@bolt-events.com before the event if you would like to be included in the early open option (9.30am) so you don’t miss out!
